RETURNS
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receipt, and the product must be returned.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service for a Return Address. Once you have the address, carefully package the item in its original packaging and send it to the specified location.
Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of an munichsunny.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund（Shipping costs for returns not due to quality issues will be deducted from the refund）.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your item to process your return or exchange.
